BMS-10N

The BMS-10N stud welder can be used in both mobile and stationary applications. It is suitable for being operated with welding guns, welding heads and bench welders with either manual or automatic stud feeders. It also allows high-quality stud welded joints to be produced.

BMS-10P

Handtools

Strong, comfortable, light and well balanced. Weld control is via adjustments to the spring pressure or lift, which only takes a few moments. Our shaft bearing systems produce highly accurate results (+0.25mm can be obtained.) The heavy spring pressure of the Drawn Arc tool combines with the hydraulic damper to overcome ferrule hangup and give excellent fillet control. There are many accessories to enable welding into inaccessible places and keep noise levels low.

PS-0K

The patented PS-0K stud welding gun is the smallest gun available on the world market (Pat. No. EP 89104362.2). It has been especially designed for use in extremely narrow locations and areas of difficult access.

PS-1KI

The PS-1KI contact welding gun is small and easy to use. It has been especially developed for directly welding cupped head pins (insulating nails combined with clip) through insulating jackets in a single operation, thus saving time. The cupped head pins are pressed through the insulating jacket and at a certain pressure are rapidly and safely welded on the sheet metal underneath in accordance with the contact welding process.

PS-3A

The PS-3A automatic stud welding gun is electronically controlled. It welds studs with ignition tip as per DIN EN ISO 13918 accurately on scribed or centre marked surfaces without requiring any auxiliary aids. The studs can either be fed semiautomatically by hand or fully automatically from the UVR-300 or UVR-300S universal feeder via the feed chute into the stud holder. The sturdy and ergonomically shaped stud welding gun is fully compatible with all stud welding systems.
